		<description><![CDATA[How is the market price value of a stock in the top 20% of price to book value related to, Pioproski Score according to his criteria 1- 9? --- is it that the price to book value must fall within a certain %, like 20%of the aggregate of stocks, and then the criteria is applied,--- which comes first? and if it&#039;s grater then 20% can you have stocks that meet the 9 criteria --- please explain I am confused  Gid]]></description>
