How is the market price value of a stock in the top 20% of price to book value related to, Pioproski Score according to his criteria 1- 9? — is it that the price to book value must fall within a certain %, like 20%of the aggregate of stocks, and then the criteria is applied,— which comes first? and if it’s grater then 20% can you have stocks that meet the 9 criteria — please explain I am confused Gid
