Back in the mid 70s Evans bled CF&I and closed the company. When he did he stole 9 million dollars of Credit Union Money that did not belong to him…He claimed they were company funds. He stole workers life savings as well as destroying their livelyhood. The workers were told they could settle for 5 to 10% of their money or wait 5 years to go thru the courts and maybe recieve nothing…. Does anyone out there know the outcome of those court battles??
