		<description><![CDATA[Yeah... It does look like management and the board want to do something other than liquidate the firm. The shareholders voted against the liquidation on Friday so this probably gives greenlight to pursue acquisitions.

I&#039;m seriously thinking of selling my stake. Acquiring another firm may be ok, although undesirable to me, if they can find someone good. But, unfortunately, they are thinking of acquiring assets and then re-starting the firm. That&#039;s very risky and given their failure in the past, chances look low.]]></description>
