The 1934 edition of Security Analysis certainly does include PP&E in the analysis (described on page 496 as “Fixed and miscellaneous assets (Real estate, buildings, machinery…)”). We would also suggest that as a matter of logic it might be worthwhile including it in your assessment. Thanks for your comment.

but the graham formula doesn’t take in account the properties/plants/equipment and other long term assets…I think this stock is not a bargain because the liabilities are pretty high(and debt is more than $80M).
